During the birth process, I offer continuous in person support as early as you request it
Use of Tens Machine
Use of Birth Pool for home births
Physical, emotional, mental support (Gentle massage, grounding practices, breath attunement, acupressure, affirmations, visualization)
Support for birth partner
2-3 hours of Post Birth care including but not limited to (new family pictures, breastfeeding support, making sure family is fed and has what they need to cocoon up and spend their first day/night together)
