Birth Doula Care

Grounded, continuous support for pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period

Birth Doula Care

Pregnancy, birth, and the transition into parenthood are profound physical and emotional experiences. My role as your doula is to provide consistent, informed, and compassionate support throughout your childbearing journey—helping you feel prepared, supported, and empowered as you move through each stage.

My approach blends evidence-based education with attentive presence, practical comfort measures, and clear advocacy, all tailored to your unique needs and values.

Availability & Scheduling

In order to maintain balance across my work in multiple disciplines, I accept a limited number of birth clients. I often prioritize families who are also engaging with me through birth, maternity, or family photography, or through embodiment and fertility/birth rites, as this allows for a more integrated and supported experience.

Availability may vary by season, so I encourage reaching out early to explore whether working together is a good fit.

Birth as Initiation Services

Optional Ceremonial & Embodied Support

The creation continuum — fertility, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum — is part of a profound transformation process. I walk with you through this rite of passage in a way that feels most aligned with your needs, values, and desires.

As part of your prenatal care, you may choose to replace or supplement traditional prenatal education sessions with select optional ceremonial or embodied offerings, designed to support deeper presence, embodiment, and connection. These options are always client-led, consent-based, and offered only when they feel supportive to your experience.

Available offerings may include:

  • Kundalini Dance — Somatic birth preparation session

  • Sound Journey & Reiki Session (solo or with partner)

  • Maiden to Mother Ceremony

  • Family Blessing Ceremony (for both parents)

Details, pacing, and suitability of these offerings are discussed collaboratively during prenatal care.

  • Maiden to Mother Blessing
A ceremonial alternative to a traditional baby shower, offered as an optional add-on for those who desire a ritual marking of the transition into motherhood.

  • Family Blessing Ceremony (for both parents)
A private ceremony for the immediate family — including parents, grandparents, siblings, or close kin — to honor the rebirth of the family with the arrival of a new baby.

  • Private Kundalini Dance Session
A private dance ceremony for the mother and/or up to five close sisters. This embodied practice supports grounding, inner union, and the release of what no longer serves. It may be experienced as fertility preparation, pregnancy support, or body intelligence activation.

Details for these offerings are shared during consultation and are always optional and consent-based.
